A Day After Court, New Boston Man Arrested Again

A day after agreeing to a negotiated plea in a meth case in Mercer County Circuit Court, a New Boston man runs into trouble again. 46 year old Trevor Shoemaker was arrested Tuesday by Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies for aggravated fleeing and eluding. The arrest followed a domestic disturbance complaint in rural New Boston. The day before, he was in court on a meth charge with a September 17th court date set in that case. That meth charge stems from a February arrest.  He is also currently serving two-years-probation after pleading guilty to a separate meth charge in August of 2017.  Shoemaker is free after posting $10,000 bond and will next appear in court on September 4th.
