A couple of new trees planted at the Apollo Elementary School playground. They’re replacing two trees that are dying from the Emerald Ash Borer. The new tree plantings also served as a time to remember a longtime Apollo staff member who passed away last week says kindergarten teacher Liz Gray.
The trees were planted last Friday with the help of City of Aledo staff.
