The Aledo City Council okays an agreement with a central Illinois company for a fireworks display this summer. Aldermen also this week approved an $18,000 financial commitment to Aledo Main Street for fiscal year 2020 and a liquor license for Ariana’s Café in downtown Aledo says Aledo Mayor Chris Hagloch.
The fireworks agreement is with Central States Fireworks of Athens, Illinois.
