The Mercer County VFW kitchen will reopen this month. The kitchen was shut down in January, but meals are being served again March 13th and 27th and then hopefully the second and fourth Fridays in April & May says Post Commander Ike Long.
The VFW kitchen normally shuts down during the summer months and then reopens in September, and Long is hoping that will happen this year.
