Three regions of Illinois are on track to move to Phase Three of Restore Illinois by June 1st. Governor J.B. Pritzker says the North-Central, Central, and Southern region are currently meeting all four requirements to move to the next phase. Mercer County is included in the North- Central region.
The Northeast Region is above the 20-percent cap on positive cases for COVID-19, but meets all other requirements.
In Phase Three, barbershops, salons and retail stores can open with precautions.
