Local State Representative Dan Swanson awarded the Illinois FFA’s Honorary State Farmer Degree during the virtual State FFA Convention this week. The honor means much to Swanson, who was an Alwood FFA member.
Swanson’s father signed the original Alwood FFA charter in August of 1949 as a sophomore at Alwood.
