The Aledo City Council hears from local businessman Mark Bieri. He confirmed Monday night he is the buyer for Hawthorn Ridge Golf Course. His plans are for a campground at the property. He asked aldermen about supporting a Mercer County non-highway vehicle ordinance and is promoting motorized outdoor recreation and tourism for Mercer County. Mayor Chris Hagloch spoke with WRMJ after Monday night’s meeting.
