Mercer County Non-Highway Vehicle Ordinance Gets Mercer County Board Support

The Mercer County Board moving forward with a Mercer County Non-Highway Vehicle Ordinance. It’s something County Board Chairman Carlos Sarabasa supports.

The board heard from local businessman Mark Bieri Tuesday night, who is promoting the idea. Most villages and municipalities are on board with the concept and Bieri says 676 members now belong to the Mercer County Side-by-Side Club. Sarabasa says the board will further discuss the ordinance next month and consider any added amendments.
