Illinois will crown a champion in pulled pork next month. It’s a contest from the Illinois Pork Producers Association called Pulled Pork Madness. There were 226 nominations with that list narrowed down to 16. The contest aims to spread awareness about the best pulled pork dishes in the state says the association’s Jenny Ring.
Voting of the sweet 16 ends March 21st at midnight.
The bracket consists of the following businesses:

- Notorious P.I.G – Decatur
- Pauly’s BBQ – Arthur
- Richard’s Farm Restaurant – Casey
- Rooster’s Market – Marshall
- Smoked on 3rd – Sterling
- Smokin Pig BBQ – Olney
