Side-by-sides will continue to be allowed on designated Preemption Township roads. The Preemption Township Board made that decision by a narrow margin Tuesday night says Township Supervisor Larry Adams.
The Preemption Township Board back in May approved giving the side-by-sides a trial run this summer. Adams says the proposed ATV park he is referring to is at the former Zippe Farm—two miles west of Matherville. He says the property is approximately 163 acres.
