Stepping up to respond to food insecurity in Mercer County. The River Bend Food Bank mobile food pantry swung through Aledo over the weekend. It was set up at Community Bible Fellowship Church and involved a collaboration between the church, Mercer County Farm Bureau, Churches of Mercer County Food Pantry, and the River Bend Food Bank. Mark Barnhouse provides outreach for the church.
The distribution took place Saturday morning.
