Developers of the $15.2 million Northside Lofts project at the former junior high property in Aledo hope construction can begin in 2024. Char Flickinger with Rock Island based Economic Growth Corporation details what the finished work will bring.
The project has been approved for Illinois Historic Tax Credits and is also awaiting word on tax credits from the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
