The Roosevelt Military Academy in Aledo will be the subject of a presentation at Monday night’s Fall Meeting of the Mercer County Historical Society. The featured speaker is Gary Weaver of Wyoming, Illinois, a 1969 RMA graduate. The school would close in 1973.
Weaver’s presentation will be 7 p.m. Monday night at the Essley-Noble Museum.
