It’s in discussion mode right now, but the Mercer County School Board evaluating an expansion at Mercer County High School – anywhere between 13 and 29 classrooms, with estimated costs between $15 and $20 million. Superintendent Scott Petrie spoke with WRMJ following Wednesday night’s regular Unit 404 Board of Education meeting.
Another phase could involve a gym with bleacher seating for 300, wrestling room, and locker rooms. Again, no final decisions have been made as the board will continue discussions.
