New Boston Mayor Chris DeFrieze has added to his responsibilities. He was appointed to fill the late Joe Vann’s vacancy on the Mercer County Board last night.
DeFrieze will serve through December of 2018. Also last night, Sara Blaser was appointed Mercer County Clerk. She fills the vacancy created by Phyllis Bewley’s retirement. Bewley’s term runs through December of 2018.
