The Aledo City Council has amended a development services agreement with an alternative energy company. The agreement concerns the feasibility of either wind or solar power says City Administrator Erin Knackstedt and now involves Monmouth and Viola as collaborators.
The agreement is with Blue Stem Energy, based Omaha, Nebraska. The original agreement was approved in late May before being amended this week.
