Area baseball and softball teams wrapped up their regular seasons Saturday as regional play is set to start Monday. Mercer County, Sherrard, United and West Central softball teams took part in the Alexis Fieldhouse Classic. Rockridge went north to Barrington. In baseball, Mercer County wrapped up their LIncoln Trail schedule.
