A former high school resource officer is pleading not guilty to sexual assault and child pornography charges. Kirk DeGreve, formerly of Aledo, entered his plea in court Thursday, a month after he was arrested. The investigation into the former East Moline police officer began last August after United Township High School officials became aware of a possible relationship between DeGreve and a student. His next court date is scheduled for April 6th.
