More discussions forthcoming involving possible incentives for residential development in Aledo. Mayor Chris Hagloch says the subject will likely get more attention in the New Year.
Plans for a 16-lot residential subdivision were announced earlier this year. The developer is Brad Krstic and the development is on the north side of Aledo. It’s called Breezy Acres. And another piece of property is now for sale adjacent to Sponsler’s Addition, also on the northside of Aledo, which could be an option for additional residential development.
