An Andalusia man facing a Class X felony home invasion charge stemming from an incident in Aledo last fall where another person was injured. 25 year old Nathan Thomas appeared Monday in Mercer County Circuit Court for a pre-trial conference with the matter continued to Feb. 2. He was arrested last September by Aledo police and is free on $100,000 bond.
