The Mercer County Health Department has filled all appointments for the February COVID-19 vaccine clinics based on the 100 doses that they anticipate receiving each week. Health Department administrator Carla Ewing is hopeful that the amount of vaccine they will receive will increase as the rollout continues. Due to the unknown of future vaccine supply at this point, the department will not be creating a list for future vaccines, but will let the public know through their website, mchdil.com, their Facebook page and WRMJ of upcoming opportunities to be vaccinated.
If you are due for a second dose and you received the first dose through MCHD, you can still call to schedule that second dose. Those are being allocated and planned for separately.
