Aledo Main Street is offering a pair of grant programs in hopes of attracting new businesses and helping strengthen local businesses with professional services. The Lease Expense Assistance Program, or LEAP, is designed for new businesses opening in downtown Aledo or existing businesses relocating to downtown Aledo. Aledo Main Street Executive Director Lindsey Dunn says LEAP helps with start-up costs.
