The City of Aledo looking at retaining an engineering firm to plan for a new housing development. The site is the Sponsler Manor Third Addition on the northeast edge of town. The issue was discussed at last night’s Public Property Committee meeting.
The first phase would involve 11 lots. The city is acquiring the property for $215,000.
