A New Boston man arrested on an aggravated domestic battery warrant. 42-year-old Brian Bishop was extradited from the Muscatine County Jail over the weekend. He is facing a Class 2 felony. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 20. Bishop is in custody at the Mercer County Jail on $50,000 bond.
