An Aledo man faces up to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to a Class X felony of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. 21 year old Gunner Terry entered the plea late this morning in Mercer County Circuit Court. Terry originally faced five Class X felony counts stemming from alleged incidents involving two children under the age of 13. He was arrested last April and remains in custody at the Mercer County Jail on $250,000 bond. Terry will be sentenced June 5th and faces a minimum of six years in prison.
