The Aledo Police Department partnering with the Drug Enforcement Agency this weekend to participate in the National Drug Take Back program. The effort offers a safe way to get rid of unwanted or unused prescription medications. The Aledo Police Department location will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department will also be staffing Drug Take Back sites at Matherville Village Hall and the Seaton Fire Station, also from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
