Western Illinois Congresswoman Cheri Bustos’ campaign announcing more than $456,000 in fundraising in the first quarter of 2019. Her campaign has more than $2-million in cash-on-hand with 90-percent of contributions less than $100, with an average individual contribution of roughly $13, according to a press release. Bustos is coming off the 2018 election where she soundly defeated Republican Bill Fawell from Galena.
