On the opening day of the Farm Bill Conference Committee in Washington, Western Illinois Congresswoman Cheri Bustos with remarks to the group. She serves on both the House Transportation Infrastructure Committee and House Ag Committee.
The current Farm Bill is set to expire on September 30.
