A local Farm Bureau “Adopt a Legislator” program brought Chicago State Senator Laura Murphy to three Mercer County farms this week. Local State Rep. Dan Swanson helped with part of the tour.
Swanson is involved in a family farming operation near Alpha in Henry County.
