The City of Aledo working on residential development agreements with two different developers. Both will eventually need city council approval says Mayor Chris Hagloch.
Progress continues on downtown properties, but there are two key areas that remain—the Button Building and former Aledo Junior High. Hagloch says putting the Button Building out for bid may be an option later this year.
The old jr. high property is currently for sale by owner.
