Foundation work has begun for the new addition at Mercer County Intermediate School. An update from Unit 404 Supt. Scott Petrie.
The addition includes five new classrooms. Beginning next fall, 7th and 8th graders will be housed at the intermediate school along with 6th graders. 5th graders will be relocated to the Apollo and New Boston facilities. Bruce Builders is serving at the general contractor for the $1.6 million addition.
