Foreign inmate population is down at the Mercer County Jail due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Mercer County Sheriff Dusty Terrill provided an update to the Mercer County Board last week.
Terrill says with the 19 foreign inmates, that generates around $37,000 in revenue per month for the county.
