A Keithsburg man arrested on a criminal sexual assault charge. Gavin T. Fullerton was taken into custody late last week following an investigation by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department. He is facing a Class 1 felony. Fullerton was transported to the Mercer County Jail for booking and was later released after posting ten-percent of his $75,000 bond. He waived his preliminary hearing Monday in Mercer County Circuit Court. A pre-trial is scheduled for June 13.
