Two Quad Cities residents arrested in New Boston on escape warrants out of Scott County. 20-year-old Danielle Huston and 43-year-old Rickey Raines, both of Davenport, were taken into custody Saturday. The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department and New Boston Police received information that the two subjects were at a residence located at 307 Main Street. Illinois Conservation Police were also involved in the arrest. Both Huston and Raines were transported to the Mercer County Jail, where they are currently housed until their court appearance and extradition to Iowa.
