Erie-Prophetstown (10-17) opened the fourth quarter on a 13-0 run to pull away from Orion (15-17) in a 57-46 win in the IHSA 2A West Carroll Regional semifinals Saturday. The Panthers trailed 39-37 at the end of the third quarter. Caleb Naftzger poured in a game-high 19 points for Erie-Prophetstown. Michael Collins added 16 in the win. Trey Erdmann scored 15 points Orion. Xavyor Winter was also in double figures for the Chargers with 10. Erie-Prophetstown advances to play Mercer County Wednesday night. (Postponed to Thursday due to weather.)
