The City of Aledo was awarded a $3-million Rebuild Downtown and Main Street Grant in 2022. The funding will be used to improve areas around Central Park. The city has retained HDR Engineering to lead the project. Morgan Mays is with the firm.
The project is expected to be finished by 2024.
