A 2018 Sherrard High School grad following in her family’s footsteps and is now a third generation New Windsor Rodeo Board Member. Ann Weber has always understood why the event is a big deal.
Weber is an ag student attending Western Illinois University. The 2021 New Windsor Rodeo runs Thursday through Saturday.
