The National Weather Service in Quad Cities has issued a Fire Weather Watch for Extreme Fire Conditions, which is in effect from Monday afternoon through Monday evening. * Timing...Noon to 7pm. * Winds...South 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * Relative Humidity...As low as 30 percent. * Temperatures...In the upper 60s. * GFDI...Extreme. * Impacts...If these conditions develop...fires will easily and quickly get out of control and spread rapidly.
