After a two-year hiatus because of flooding in 2019 and the pandemic in 2020, the Redneck Fishing Tournament returns in 2021 in Bath, Illinois in Mason County. WRMJ News Director spoke with organizer Betty DeFord Monday morning. The goal of the event is to remove the invasive Asian carp from the Illinois River.
