The Illinois High School Association has sent off its proposal for the second phase of return to play. IHSA Executive Director and Cambridge native Craig Anderson says plans are still uncertain because they have not received approval from the Illinois Department of Public Health.
Anderson hopes to have all fall sports, but some restrictions could be put in place. He says they are looking to receive guidance and approval for expanded training opportunities for their athletes and coaches.
