A Joy woman has been arrested on a warrant for petition to revoke probation for a forgery charge. 24 year old Faith Toney was taken into custody yesterday, according to a Mercer County Sheriff’s Department report. She was the subject of a missing person’s report from Mercer County Crime Stoppers last week, but was later found safe.
