A porkchop sandwich dinner, cornhole tournament, and gun raffle will be held Saturday at the Keithsburg Fire Department. The Department is in need of a new fire truck and proceeds from the event will be used toward that purpose. The cost is $7 for sandwich, chips, and a drink. The event runs from 2 to 7 p.m., but in an interview with WRMJ, Clarence Howard of Keithsburg says you’ll need to sign up at 2 p.m. if you want to be part of the cornhole tournament. Trophies will be given to the winners of the tournament.
A gun will also be raffled off on Saturday. Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. The drawing will be held at the dinner, but you don’t need to be present to win.
