The Mercer County 4-H Teen Federation invites the public to join them for a drive-thru Spaghetti Luncheon fundraiser to benefit the Mercer County Veterans Honor Marker Program. Free-will donations are being accepted to benefit the Marker Project. The funds will help to properly recognize the 300 veterans buried at Mercer County area cemeteries with honor markers recognizing their service. The lunch menu includes spaghetti, garlic bread, and dessert. You can pick up your lunch at the American Legion Post 121, 2000 IL-17, Aledo, IL. Drive up or call ahead, 309-373-3636 or 309-371-6158, to place your order. If you can’t make it to the fundraiser but want to support the project, mail your check payable to Mercer County American Legion to: Mercer County Extension & 4-H, 910 13th St. Viola, IL.
