A final pre-trial conference has been set in a Mercer County man’s criminal sexual assault case. 51-year-old Robert Breshears Jr. will be back in Mercer County Circuit Court on Sept 13 with a jury trial scheduled for Sept. 27. The dates were set Monday by Judge Greg Chickris.
Breshears faces two Class 1 felonies in connection with alleged incidents involving a female between the ages of 13 and 18. He was arrested on a warrant last September and posted 10-percent of his $250,000 bond.
