Mercer County Health Department will hold a Certified Food Protection Manager’s Course on February 21, 2024 at the Aledo United Methodist Church. The course run 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch break. The cost of the course is $150 and the license is valid for five years. This course is required for individuals who work as the Person in Charge at restaurants and individuals preparing food items and baked goods under the Cottage Food Law.
