Aledo Antique Days not until late August, but there’s added incentive for those entering the event’s car show. A 350 Chevy motor will be given away. The motor is being built by the Mercer County High School shop class and teacher Aaron Heartt. Nick Seefeld with the Aledo Police Benevolent Association says a number of other parties are also helping with the cause.
Seefeld says the value of the motor will be between $2,000 and $2,500.
