Mercer County (19-3, 12-0 Lincoln Trail Conference) picked up two wins against ROWVA-Williamsfield in softball Monday.
The Golden Eagles took the first game of the doubleheader 13-3 and won game two 18-4. Madi Frieden, Alivia Gillespie, and Sydney Lamkin each hit home runs for Mercer County in the sweep.
Elsie Cook was the winning pitcher in game one. She allowed two earned runs in five innings. Hallie Schreurs gave up two earned runs in five innings to earn the win in game two.
