Mercer County has a seventh positive COVID-19 test. The latest case involves a male between the ages of 40 and 60. Statewide, there are now over 35,000 positive cases out of 164,000 tests. The Illinois Department of Public Health is now reporting 1,565 deaths from COVID-19. Dr. Ngozi Ezike continues to urge everyone to stay the course.
There are now over 300 cases in Rock Island County, 32 in Henry, 16 in Knox, 19 in Warren, and two in Henderson County.
