The dangerously cold temperatures have been causing headaches across the area and that was no different for Jeff Sedam of Mercer Market in Aledo.
Frozen condensers caused refrigeration units to fail. Sedam says they have thawed out and now the focus is on restocking.
Sedam says there is a big meat order coming in Thursday. Ground Beef, Roast, and Pork should be available by the end of the day.
Sedam says Mercer Market in Aledo should be fully restocked to former levels by the end of the day Friday. Mercer Market has been serving the area for more than 35 years.
