Sidewalk improvements finished at Aledo’s Monument Park. The $44,500 project was approved by the Aledo City Council earlier this fall says Mayor Chris Hagloch.
McClintock Trucking & Excavating was awarded the project, which finished up last week. The park features a memorial honoring the 352 Mercer County soldiers killed during the Civil War. It was originally dedicated in 1868.
